Who we are

The verity-agency.com website is operated by Verity Agency, with its registered office at Str. 1 Decembrie 1918, no. 10, Câmpina, Prahova County, Romania, and a working office in Bucharest. You can reach us anytime at hi@verity-agency.ro.

What this site is (and is not)

This is a presentation website: services, case studies, articles. We sell nothing directly through the site and process no online payments. Actual services are contracted separately, through a proposal and a contract signed by both parties - those always take precedence over anything published here.

Content and intellectual property

The copy, visual identity and structure of this site belong to Verity Agency. The numbers in our case studies belong to our clients and are published with their consent, in rounded form. You may quote excerpts with a link to the source; you may not copy entire pages or use our materials commercially without our written consent.

What we stand behind (and what we don't)

We do our best to keep the information here accurate and current, but it is informational: it is not advice and it does not guarantee identical results for every business. The case-study results are real, but every account, market and budget is different. We are not responsible for the content of third-party sites we link to.

The contact form

By submitting the form you give us your details so we can reply - the full story is in the privacy policy. Abusive use of the form (spam, automated messages) is technically blocked and not allowed.

Disputes and governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Consumers can turn to ANPC and the European ODR platform - the links are permanently in the site footer. We would rather you write to us first, though, so we can sort things out directly.
