Privacy policy

In short: we collect as little data as possible. This site uses no cookies, loads no tracking scripts, and sells nothing to anyone.

What we collect

The only personal data we receive is what you voluntarily send through the contact form: name, email address, estimated budget, and your message.

Why we collect it

So we can reply to you. That's it. The legal basis is legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) - pre-contractual communication initiated by you.

How long we keep it

Messages stay in our inbox while the conversation is active and for a maximum of 24 months after the last exchange, after which we delete them.

Who we share it with

No one, apart from the infrastructure provider that processes email delivery (Cloudflare) - your message transits their servers strictly for delivery.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and objection. Write to hi@verity-agency.ro and we'll sort it out. You can also lodge a complaint with the Romanian DPA (dataprotection.ro).
